Starting out in 1968 as secondary glazing suppliers, it was a fairly new concept and the manufacturing options were very limited. The industry was so new and from the onset, we have produced our own units. Through the years, we have have obtained so much valuable experience as secondary glazing manufacturers.

Manufacturing our own products makes so much sense. Here are some reasons why:

• We have full control over the quality of the materials we use, making sure only the best will do. We have built good relationships with all our suppliers over the years. Saying this, we do keep up to date with new products entering the market and will always experiment where we can.
• Being able to make sure the best suppliers are chosen to service us. They need to be reliable, as any break in the chain of supply will affect our customer service reputation to our clients.
• Making sure our workshop machinery is kept up to date and in good order. This might not seem important to the end user, but out of date or un-kept machinery does affect the quality of the product.
• Having the freedom to customize our products to meet each clients individual needs, weather it is having the frames custom powder coated to match existing décor (frames can be colour coded to match ANY British RAL colour), to make sure the secondary glazing clears access for the existing, external windows or perhaps we have to customize the frame slightly to allow for plantation shutters to operate.
• Being able to play around with the design and make-up of the product and make improvements when and where necessary. We are always trying new things, no matter how small, to make improvements to the products we manufacture.
• Ability to offer a truly bespoke product and service.
• Most importantly, being in control of the quality of the finished product and making sure that our clients get the best we have to offer.

Being secondary glazing manufacturers has also helped us to be more conscious of waste. We recycle anything and everything we can to make sure we are as environmentally friendly as possible.

All units are quality checked the day before collection or installation, to make sure everything is correctly manufactured according to orders.

We are a company that keeps to schedules and deadlines. Everything is run in a very disciplined manner, with the client always kept in mind and informed of any problems immediately.
